If you don’t remember, Rodney was eating Chinese food in the strip entitled “Coronavirus”. I guess that stuff goes right through him.
Speaking of food, I ordered some sandwiches from Tropical Smoothie cafe tonight for the family. I went to pick it up with my P100 mask strapped to my face.
Not sure I really needed it. They had an interesting setup right at the door with a Ikea-looking shelving unit. Each cube contained an order with the reciept clipped in front. You just walk up, check the names on the reciepts, and grab the one that was your order. No need to delve further into the store to possibly catch the virus… Or give it to the staff.
Food was good, btw.

I have an idea for your next comic. While Jasper goes to the bathroom (poor Jasper) Rodney is surrounded by alien space pets…except for Covid. Next, Covid comes in as a superhero and she infects the space pets.

At one point I was considering making the virus give people super powers. Like an updated Marvel comic idea where it’s chemicals or radiation.
I changed my mind because so many real-life peopke have died from it.
Wouldn’t seem right.
