In case you didn’t notice, the song chip is singing is a parody of “The Dukes of Hazzard” , an 80s tv show. even chip’s pose with the guitar resembles Waylon Jennings.
When I was a kid, and “Hazzard” was new, I thought it was the dumbest show ever. That is, until a friend of mine said it was his favorite show. So, I started watching it. And it grew on me. especially the opening theme song, which I clearly never forgot.
This comic is my homage to fast cars and fat mayors.
