I went through some writing violence trying to figure this one out ( does that make any sense? ). Originally I wanted to have all these elements play out in real time, but I couldn’t think of a punch line. Or a funny ending, at least.
Finally I asked Kate for some options. She suggested I have Luna DESCRIBE what took place instead. The strip wrote itself after that.
What a relief.
Only problem was I blew an entire Saturday wrestling with it.
