“Delicious and Nutritious”
There seems to be a growing movement regarding eating bugs these days. I believe it’s called entomophagy. I have no problem with eating bugs. Crabs and lobsters are basically underwater bugs and they’re DELICIOUS!
I’ve eaten catarpillars and crickets at a Thai restaurant before. The catarpillars were good mostly because of the stuff they were fried in. The crickets were kinda tasteless, in my opinion.
Would I eat them again? Sure!
Would I seek them out? Uh… no.
But I wouldn’t mind seeing entomophagy become more acceptable.
As a side note, Kate has made it clear she will not kiss me if I eat bugs. Looks like Bug Bars are not in my future.
